Recurring monthly event test

This is a test of recurring event. Can be daily, weekly, monthly. Note that RSVP applies to all occurrences - not individual. So it will be difficult to predict attendance for any specific occurrence. We can revisit this decision in future if it becomes an issue. Will require technical changes.
